ABOUT THE STUDIO
Founded by Diane Petkoff, Luxeworths approaches upholstery with a focus on preservation, proportion, and longevity. Each piece is evaluated individually to retain what makes it special while improving comfort, durability, and material integrity for everyday living.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in reupholstery and furniture restoration, the studio’s approach is rooted in understanding how pieces are constructed and how thoughtful restoration changes the way a piece feels within a space. Original craftsmanship, scale, and structural details are carefully considered throughout the process.
Older furniture was often built with exceptional materials and construction methods that deserve to be preserved rather than replaced. Through upholstery, these pieces are renewed with intention — extending their lifespan while allowing them to feel relevant, comfortable, and functional for contemporary homes.
Based in Toronto, Luxeworths works on mid-century, modern, heirloom, and quietly sentimental pieces, helping clients continue living with the furniture that matters to them.

Furniture We Upholster
Luxeworths specializes in chairs, dining room seating, benches, ottomans, headboards, and custom cushions. Projects range from mid-century and modern pieces to heirloom furniture and thoughtfully constructed vintage seating. Due to limited space in our studio, full sofa reupholstery is not offered.
Fabric Selection
Fabric direction is guided based on suitability, scale, and overall design intent to ensure the finished piece of furniture functions beautifully over time. Fabric requirements will be calculated once proper measurements are taken. Client-supplied fabrics are welcome pending they work well for the project and intended application.
Estimates
Each project is estimated individually based on construction requirements, scope, material direction, and overall complexity after the piece has been carefully measured and reviewed. Providing photos from many different angles is very helpful in this process if we are unable to meet in person. Final estimates will be provided once all of these project details have been confirmed.
Turnaround Times
Project timelines vary depending on scope, scheduling, and material availability. Estimated timelines are discussed during the consultation process. If you have a specific time needed for your project we will be happy to accommodate you as best we can.
