Please include your name in the email so we can match your photos to your request.

Photos showing the front, side and back are especially helpful, along with close-ups of any damage or areas of concern.

Estimates cannot be prepared until both the completed form and photos have been received.

CLIENT-SUPPLIED FABRIC

You are welcome to source your own fabric. Client-supplied materials are subject to a modest COM handling fee to account for fabric planning and project coordination. Please see Fabric Selection on our Services page for more information.
